Building Up The Good

Imagine creating a ideology that has killed, tortured, and made people live in fear more than Communism.

I am currently teaching Red Scarf Girl by Ji-li Jiang and it is shocking what group think can do to a people. It can literally destroy anything and everything a people or nation has ever held dear. I makes people terrified of their neighbors, and everything they might do. It has destroyed cultures, family, and faith. Sadly Soviet Russia produced more people without a belief in God than evolution ever has.

Communism left a dark, deep scar on this earth and continues to do so. But watching the inspiring montage produced by Google to honor the 25th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall strengthened my belief that the world will only get better. People will continue to tear down the bad and build up the good.
